Our commitment to the environment drives our shipping and production process. Your order is a "Print when ordered" product, which means that once you place your order for the book, it is freshly printed and then shipped to your specified address. This approach not only ensures the highest quality but also minimizes waste, making it a sustainable choice.
- Production Time: Please allow 5-12 working days for production and shipping, depending on our current workload. We strive to get your order to you as swiftly as possible without compromising quality.
- Please note that there will be no refunds. All sales are final.
Returns and Damaged Orders:
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, if, unfortunately, your order arrives damaged in the mail, we are here to help.
To report a problem with a damaged order, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving the item:
- In an email please include the following.
- Provide a detailed description of the problem, including information about how the order was packaged.
- Include clear pictures of both the damaged order item(s) and its packaging, both outside of the packaging and its inserts.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return of the damaged book.
